Return and Refund Policy

A refund will be granted providing the item is returned in its original condition* within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that any items covered in dog hair are deemed damaged and not in original condition so please remove any dog hair before returning. 

All items must be returned in the condition they were received*, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging.

We are normally super-fast with returns and try to process them the same day received back. However, sometimes we get busy! So, please do give us up to 7 days to process your return. Please note that any returns may be affected by events outside of our control. Please refer to our terms of business for further details.

Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded/tracked delivery and that you keep a copy of your receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you'd like to return your order, the original delivery charge will be deducted from the total refund.

In the rare and unfortunate case that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us immediately.

Non returnable items:

• Any items that are used, damaged or stained.
• Personalised items.
• Sale/clearance items (you'll receive credit only).
• Items not in their original packaging/tags
